Empowered by the knowledge gained during the training, everyone realized during the evacuation and fire simulations how important it is to act in a structured, quick, and supportive way. What may have started with a nervous feeling ended with confidence and a lot of fun. The team stuck together and accomplished great things. Now, the Lock4Safe team knows it can count on each other – in case things ever get serious.

This shared experience brought the team closer together – and made the BBQ taste even better!

After Risk Day is before Risk Day!

In the run-up to Risk Day, Lock4Safe spared no effort in preparing thoroughly.

The event was used as an opportunity to improve work quality and safety using proven standards like the risk matrix and employee evaluations. All rooms – including workstations, storage areas, escape routes, and more – were carefully inspected and, where necessary, optimized, both internally and by safety experts.

Conclusion

What was already clear to everyone during the BBQ was then officially discussed after Risk Day 2025: the day’s successes and ideas for improvement.

The result? A complete success!
